Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated Associate Dentist with at least 2 years of experience and a proven track record of producing a minimum of $800,000 per year in clinical dentistry. The ideal candidate is already efficient in providing in-depth comprehensive care, placing implants, and performing cosmetic dentistry, and is eager to be coached and mentored to reach the next level. With 200–250 new patients per month and comprehensive services, a driven clinician can realistically maintain and exceed this level of production in our practice.
Start date: This position is available as early as December 2025.

Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive general dentistry to patients of all ages
- Deliver in-depth services including restorative, endo, surgery, implant placement, and cosmetic dentistry (based on your skill set)
- Utilize our technology (CBCT, scanners, electric handpieces, AI diagnostics, same-day crowns via in-house mill, etc.) to provide efficient, high-quality care
- Diagnose, treatment plan, and present comprehensive care consistent with Kois Center–based principles and strong case acceptance
- Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to ensure an excellent patient experience
- Engage in ongoing coaching and mentorship to continually improve clinical, efficiency, and communication skills
Qualifications
- DDS/DMD from an accredited dental school
- Active (or eligible for) Iowa dental license
- Minimum 2 years of clinical experience as a practicing dentist
- Documented history of producing at least $800,000 per year (or equivalent monthly production)
- Efficient and confident with comprehensive dentistry, implant placement, and cosmetic dentistry
- Strong desire to be coached, mentored, and continually improve
- Patient-focused, ethical, and team-oriented
